Modeling Urban Mobility for E-Governance with Low Energy Complexity

چکیده
In this paper we design some characteristics of a possible E-governance system for the urban mobility. In particular we shortly present the complex city features and the background automata gas paradigm for a microscopic modeling. Moreover we show some statistical laws based on long time series of traffic dynamics data, fundamental for the now-casting and the private vehicles mobility control. We study also the crowd dynamics, specifying a stochastic equation founded on a cognitive decisional dynamics, with a threshold changing the evolution from a cooperative behavior to a selfish one, which we identify with the emergence of ‘panic states’. Concluding, essentially our E-governance system is composed of a large data base, of one or more centers that can collect real time microscopic data, elaborate models based on the individual mobility demand, find the optimal self-organized mobility states and diffuse the relative information (best path dynamical map) along the mobility network performing a bidirectional continuous interaction with the citizens. Moreover we underline that the complex interactions via information diffusion, i.e. cognitive based dynamics and mobility governance are low energy consuming

Institutions and Governance for Urban Mobility
Institutional and governance frameworks are the structures through which political, technical and finan cial decisions are translated into resource allocation and priority setting for implementing urban mobility plans, programmes and projects. No matter how good the policy recommendations, their imple mentation is dependent upon how fit-for-purpose these institutional and governance frame works...
متن کاملThe Status of Indicators of Good Urban Governance in Arak City, Iran, in the Viewpoints of Urban Managers and Citizens
Aims & Backgrounds: Today, the good urban governance approach has been introduced as the most effective and sustainable method of management practice. Arak, as one of the most important industrial cities in the country, has many problems which need to pay attention to management patterns that can be considered as one of the appropriate solutions to overcome these problems. The purpose of this s...
متن کاملNumerical Modeling of Non-equilibrium Plasma Discharge of Hydrogenated Silicon Nitride (SiH4/NH3/H2)
In this work, we model a radiofrequency discharge of hydrogenated silicon nitride in a capacitive coupled plasma reactor using Maxwellian and non-Maxwellian electron energy distribution function. The purpose is to investigate whether there is a real advantage and a significant contribution using non-Maxwellian electron energy distribution function rather than Maxwellian one for determining the ...
متن کاملUnderstanding Temporal Human Mobility Patterns in a City by Mobile Cellular Data Mining, Case Study: Tehran City
Recent studies have shown that urban complex behaviors like human mobility should be examined by newer and smarter methods. The ubiquitous use of mobile phones and other smart communication devices helps us use a bigger amount of data that can be browsed by the hours of the day, the days of the week, geographic area, meteorological conditions, and so on. In this article, mobile cellular data mi...
متن کاملThe Bumpy Road toward Low-Energy Urban Mobility: Case Studies from Two UK Cities
Cities are increasingly seen as the places where innovations that can trigger a sociotechnical transition toward urban mobility are emerging and maturing. Processes such as peak car, rail renaissance and cycling boom manifest themselves particularly in cities, and success stories of cities experimenting with specific types of low-energy mobility abound in the academic literature. Nonetheless, i...
